Fun Summer Events at your
Sweetwater County-City Library

We will kickoff the summer fun at the library with Magic with Harlin Rhoades. Harlin has been to visit the library for several years now. He does a fun magic show to promote reading. He will be here Tues. June 5th at 10:00. It is for ages, and it's free!

We are doing something different this summer. There will be a 3 week art class for 4th-6th graders on Wed. June 6, 13, and 20 at 10:00am. Carolyn Walker, retired art teacher and member of West Texas Art Guild, from Colorado City will be teaching the class. There is a limit of 12. Be sure to come by the library and sign up.

Do you and your family like to play games? There will be game day at the library every Fri. at 1:30 starting June 8th. The library has some fun board games in which we will have available, and there will be light refreshments. Come in out of the heat and bring your family for a good time. You can bring your own games to play too.

We have passed out flyers of summer information to all the schools and we have flyers in the library. All the information is on our website www.sweetwaterlibrary.org. We hope it to be a fun summer!
